PFISD- Miscellaneous Campus Renovations- Phase 3

The scope of work includes the renovations at three existing campuses: Rowe Lane Elementary, Dessau Middle School, and Pflugerville Middle School. The projects are more adequately described within the project manual.

ALTERNATE(S):

·         Alternate-1: Replace Tectum In Dessau Middle School Gym/Theatre Arts Room With Acoustic Felt

Panels.

·         Alternate-2: Addition Of Acoustic Felt Panels In Pflugerville Middle School Gym 

OTHER INFORMATION:

·         Cost Estimate: $5,800,000.00

·         Construction Schedule (Anticipated):

o   Start Date: March 3, 2025

o   Substantial Completion Date: July 31, 2025

o   Final Completion Date: August 8, 2025

·         Questions Due to HCS for Submission to Owner by: Wednesday, 01/29/2025 @ Noon

o   Owners Deadline: Wednesday, 01/29/2025 @ 5 PM

SUBCONTRACTORS - ALL:

·         HCS is requesting that ALL Pricing be submitted by: 10AM the Day of the Bid

·         Please submit all pricing in the format/layout as shown in the Owners Proposal Form.

·         Detailed Pricing may be submitted elaborating upon the various costs for each Line Item, Alternate, or Unit Price, but it must also be provided in a form allowing for quick integration with the Owners Proposal Form.
