The work consists of selective demolition and remodeling on the 2nd floor of the Travis County (BCPWP) Wilson Parke Building. The 1st and 3rd floor of the 3 story are vacant and will remain vacant for the duration of the project. The 2nd floor tenant spaces are vacant and are to be partially demolished and infilled with offices of the Travis County Natural Resources staff. Existing core elevators, exit stairs, 1st and 3rd floor restrooms and utility/ mechanical spaces are to remain with no construction except as necessary to tie in utilities.
