Project scope of work throughout the district includes: access control integration at select openings, door and door hardware installations/replacements, and security vestibule enhancements.

1. Base Bid: Provide no additional operation in these areas.
2. Alternate: Provide additional access control to doors as per drawings.
Add Alternate No. 2: Primary School Vestibule, Selective Door Replacements, and Additional Access Control Scope
1. Base Bid: Provide no additional operation in these areas.
2. Alternate: Provide existing primary school lobby renovations, selective door replacements, and additional access control to doors as per drawings.
· Construction Schedule (Anticipated):
o Start Date: 01/21/2025
o Substantial Completion Date: 06/30/2025
o Final Completion Date: 07/15/2025
· Questions Due to HCS for Submission to Owner by: Thursday, 12/14/2024
o Owners Deadline: Friday, 12/13/2024
SUBCONTRACTORS - ALL:
· HCS is requesting that ALL Pricing be submitted by: NOON December 18, 2024
· Please submit all pricing in the format/layout as shown in the Owners Proposal Form.
· Detailed Pricing may be submitted elaborating upon the various costs for each Line Item, Alternate, or Unit Price, but it must also be provided in a form allowing for quick integration with the Owners Proposal Form.
